About Igor Shteynberg


Igor Shteynberg discovered the Feldenkrais® Method in 2007 while looking for a way to deal with tension and pain which were getting in the way of his martial art practice. Learning more about the method, he came to appreciate how lasting improvements are achieved by working in alliance with the human nervous system.  Finding a way to be free from pain and tension, he became passionate about sharing the method with others and joined Feldenkrais® Professional Training program in New York in 2008.

Private Sessions for Children


The Feldenkrais® Method is a wellness practice designed to meet each child where they are at and support them in naturally discovering ways to function better physically and emotionally. It can help children with developmental delays and motor difficulties. It can improve self-regulation, posture, balance, and coordination, impulse control.

Private Sessions for Adults


In a private session, practitioner uses gentle touch and subtle movement, to provide non-intrusive feedback to help your brain and nervous system naturally discover greater ease and freedom of movement. These sessions can help:

- speedup injury recovery.
- reduce stress and anxiety.

Zoom Classes


These classes offer a precious opportunity to help you feel better on a daily basis physically and emotionally. You will be guided through a series of gentle movements designed to help  you feel better naturally, without having to force or a change or look for problems to fix.

Private sessions for adults and children costs $175.

A package of 10 private sessions costs $1600, which is a more cost-effective option for those looking to commit long-term. This is especially convenient for parents bringing their children for sessions.

Private sessions at your home start at $250, price varies depending on travel distance.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, you will be charged half the session cost.

For cancellations less than 2 hours before, the full session cost will apply.
